Promotion Terms – YSL Cassandre Phone Holder or Cash

The promoter of this promotion is Club Zenith & Lux (ABN 57443018905) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

These terms and conditions apply to Club Zenith & Lux members (“you”) who enter into a promotion draw.

The promotion commences at 9:00 PM AEST on 23rd June 2025 and concludes at 8:30 PM AEST on 30th June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
By entering this promotion, you accept these terms and conditions. This promotion is conducted under applicable trade promotion lottery laws in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA and TAS.

Entry is open to Australian residents (excluding ACT, and NT) who are Club Zenith & Lux members, excluding:
Individuals prohibited by law from entering;
Residents outside NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA and TAS;
Directors, officers, contractors, or employees of Club Zenith & Lux and their immediate family members.
Immediate family members include spouses, ex-spouses, de facto partners, and children or stepchildren (by birth or adoption).
Membership to Club Zenith & Lux is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions available at [https://clubzenithlux.com.au/terms-and-conditions/].

Eligible loyalty members automatically receive entries based on their membership level and duration, as outlined in our Membership Terms.
One-off membership packages (non-loyalty) also receive free entries, depending on the package purchased:

Each eligible entrant may hold a maximum of 10,000 entries.

There is a choice between either a YSL Cassandre Phone holder (valued $1080) or $750 Cash.
Postage to any Australian metro address is included. All other costs (e.g., taxes, maintenance) are the winner’s responsibility.

Winner will be drawn at 8:30 PM AEST on 30th June 2025.
The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the prize.
Winner will be contacted by phone and email immediately and announced at clubzenithlux.com.au for a minimum of 28 days.
If a prize is unclaimed by 8:30 PM AEST on 30 August 2025, it will be redrawn at the same time and place.
The redraw winner will be contacted and published on our website on 30th August 2025 for 28 days.

Prizes must be accepted as offered or will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless stated.
Club Zenith & Lux and its partners are not responsible for any disputes between winners and others they choose to share the prize with.
You agree to Club Zenith & Lux using your name and/or image for promotional purposes, without disclosing full personal details.
Winners may be required to sign confirmation of receipt before the prize is dispatched.
We reserve the right to disqualify entrants who tamper with the promotion, violate terms, behave inappropriately, or harm our reputation.
If unforeseen events or technical issues compromise the promotion, we may suspend, modify, or cancel it, subject to regulations.
We are not liable for loss, damage, delays, or injuries arising from this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
Cash prizes are paid in Australian dollars only.
